There is a 100'X50' steel haybarn, two water wells that need pumps located on the property. This Wichita River bottom ground has a road on three sides and is fenced on the South side. The farm has raised several different crops including Alfalfa hay. It contains 152 Ac. MOL and 10 of this was Quick Clamed from the Railroad in 1989. The sellers have another 2 years on a 5-year lease to drill with an oil company; the owner gets to say where the well would be located and also will get royalties from water. There isn't any guarantee that they will drill.
