Terry, along with his wife Jan, is an owner of the Erhardt Group LLC, now operating as Cross C Realty. As a licensed broker, Terry serves as a key resource for the firm’s agents, providing guidance, knowledge, and support across all aspects of the business. With involvement in nearly 1,000 real estate transactions, he specializes in new construction home sales, working closely with both builders and buyers to ensure a seamless and successful experience. Terry is a graduate of Norman High School and the University of Oklahoma.

With a 25-year background in multi-unit retail, Terry brings a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and strategic planning to every transaction. His exceptional organizational skills and expertise in business analytics ensure that no detail is overlooked, giving clients confidence from contract to closing.
