A graduate of Oklahoma State University, she earned her degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Economics while competing on the rodeo team—giving her a genuine understanding of agricultural properties and the lifestyle that comes with them.

Rosie spent five years as a real estate transaction manager while specializing in land, farms, ranches, and residential real estate. Her attention to detail and knowledge of complex transactions ensure smooth closings for her clients.

When she's not working with clients, Rosie and her husband are raising their two children and managing their cow-calf operation at Clearwater Ranch in Stratford, Oklahoma. She doesn't just sell rural properties—she lives the life.
