About Jerod Struthers

Jerod Struthers grew up on a diversified farm and ranching operation that gave him a wealth of production ag experience.  After studying Finance in college, Jerod managed the 9,800 acre cow/calf division of the operation that was eventually 1031’d into other investment property. 

With 13 years of real estate investing experience, Jerod has successfully bought, sold, and managed various properties, including single-family rentals, duplexes, medical office buildings, ranchland/irrigated grazing land, and worked with raw land to take it through the development process for house lots. This diverse background showcases his versatility and commitment to understanding the intricacies of every deal, ensuring that his clients receive advice tailored to their specific needs, whether it’s residential, agricultural or commercial.

Beyond real estate, Jerod is passionate about training horses; starting them as 2 yr olds, giving a foundation as a ranch horse and taking them on to be finished team roping horses.

Jerod thrives on building relationships with his clients, driven by the satisfaction of helping them buy or sell their ideal home, investment property, the right horse property, or agricultural land.
