About Jan Erhardt

Jan is a native Oklahoman. She grew up on a family-owned dairy farm in Chandler, Oklahoma. Jan’s been a lifelong equine enthusiast, riding, training, and helping her daughter show horses for over 25 years. Her favorite hobby is taking photos of horses and dogs. Jan is a top-performing agent in Central Oklahoma, with a unique knowledge of horse property, ranches, luxury homes, and single-family homes. She and her husband, Terry, are also the broker/owners of Erhardt Group LLC at Cross C Realty.

 

Jan's favorite saying is _"Always do the right thing, always be professional."_ Jan also spent over 15 years in healthcare sales and management. She managed a team of 30 sales reps in 4 states. As an employee for several large firms, Jan has experienced the “customer” side of several corporate relocations and understands how to assist in making your new home search and relocation as stress-free as possible. Jan and her team are available seven days a week to guide you through the process of buying, selling, or investing in property, offering start-to-finish dependability and personal service.
